It

Powder
Coating Technology:
It meets the environment regulations and hence it is ensured that there will be no VOC emission, no paint sludge disposal. This coating is in ready-to-use state, without any additional pre-mixing, stirring, solvent additions, or viscosity adjustments. Hence, only even results are a choice and assurance. The optimum film thickness is achieved in a single pass without problems of drips, sags or runs.
Liquid
Painting Technology:
Amongst
numerous painting processes for substrates, shape of components &
end use; some are as follows:
- A typical painting line using wet on wet two coats of paint. These coasts are done one over the other with one bake system.
- In
case corrosion protection for over 300 hours is required or access to
the difficult areas of certain parts is required; them
electro-phorotech technology is the solution. It is used to deposit
the primer paint using electrolysis, followed by top coat of paint.
Material
Handling Technology:
This
is very important in painting as the movement of components has to be
handles properly before and after the painting is done. Here, the
conveying system is the core base.
Different types of conveying systems are used for the movement of
parts through painting line such as:

- Heavy duty I- beam continuous power conveyor
- Belt surface conveyor
- Triplex ground mounted – 3 track conveyor

Waste
Treatment Technology:
It is mandatory that the recycling process of the waste has to be as per the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policy of an organization. Also, to abide by the rules of ”Resources Conservation Recovery Act” – US, Safety Rules of OSHA, everyone is upgrading their systems & equipment to reduce the pollution. Infrastructure
We
are the first powder coating and liquid painting testing lab in
India. Our infrastructure has been developed on the basis of
industry's recommended guidelines and latest market developments. It
comprises a production facility, technical department, customer
support department, quality testing laboratory and other facilities.
Our ISO 9001 manufacturing facility is spread over a wide area and
includes various machines / equipment such as:

Our
infrastructure also comprises an engineering office / project office,
which is fully equipped with CAD (Computer Aided Design), logistics

systematically and safely sorted and is available 24x7 for ready
analysis.
All the departments and facilities included in the infrastructure are backed by separate teams; each of which has skilled and reliable personnel. In addition, the liquid painting technology business and the powder coating technology business are also managed by different & separate teams.
Research
& Development Laboratory - “Test, Trial and Believe”
The research and development laboratory at Prism Surface Coatings Pvt. Ltd. is one of the most modern and well-equipped laboratories in the world. We provide our customers the facility of visiting our laboratory and see the live trials of the process of spraying paint or powder or a combination of both in the simulated plant conditions. Also, our customers can see for themselves the end result of this process on their products. Consequently, we have installed conveyorized coating line which includes Ovens, Reciprocators, Automatic Powder Guns, Powder Booth, Liquid Paint Booth, Automatic Painting Guns, Paint Circulation Systems etc. We have also installed newest computer aided temperature management system for curing oven. This system is able to simulate a number of cure conditions for achieving different types of finishes on the products.
